How it works
About these results
Megapot runs a daily jackpot drawing that settles on-chain at 17:00 UTC. This site reads the winning numbers and jackpot figures from the public Megapot Data API and, on archived pages, cross-checks them on-chain before publishing.
What is Megapot?
Megapot is an on-chain daily jackpot drawing that settles automatically on Base at 17:00 UTC every day. Players buy tickets, five normal numbers and one bonusball are drawn, and prizes are paid out across 12 match tiers.
Is the "prize pool" the same as the jackpot?
No. The prize pool is the TOTAL amount up for grabs across every prize tier in a drawing (typically over $1M). The jackpot is a specific tier within that pool: prize tier 11, awarded only to a ticket that matches all 5 normal numbers plus the bonusball. The jackpot is a smaller, separate number from the total prize pool.
How are prize tiers determined?
A ticket’s tier is its number of matched normal balls (0–5) combined with whether it also matched the bonusball. Tier 11 (5 matches + bonusball) is the jackpot; tier 10 (5 matches, no bonusball) is the runner-up; tiers 9 down to 1 pay smaller amounts for partial matches. Tiers with zero or one normal match and no bonusball never pay out, though their ticket counts are still tracked.
Are payouts shown gross or net?
megapotresults.com shows payouts net of the drawing’s on-chain referral share, and always labels them "net." The contract’s gross, pre-referral-share figure is a different, larger number.
How does megapotresults.com verify winning numbers before publishing them?
Every published result passes a dual-source fact-check: the numbers are read from the public Megapot Data API and independently cross-checked against the on-chain settlement event on Base. A result is only published once both sources agree; if they don’t, or a check fails, the page shows an honest "unavailable" message instead of a guess.
What time does the daily draw happen?
Every day at 17:00 UTC. The countdown on the home page always points at the next 17:00 UTC settlement.
Is megapotresults.com affiliated with Megapot?
No. megapotresults.com is an independent, informational results tracker. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Megapot. No tickets are sold here and no wallet connection is required.
The 12 prize tiers
A ticket's tier is set by how many of the 5 normal numbers it matched, plus whether it also matched the bonusball. Only tier 11 — all 5 normals + the bonusball — is the jackpot; every other paying tier is a smaller, partial-match prize. Payouts below are shown net of the drawing's referral share (see the latest result for exact figures on a given round).
